After we have received your application, allow us time to do some due diligence and data verification from the appropriate statutory bodies

Our clinical team may call you for an interview and to clarify any outstanding issues regarding your application

Complete your profile

You will receive an acceptance email for enrolment and a contract to sign. You will have access to your personal profile and ready to accept patients

How can patients register/login?

Patients can be added or they can register in the following ways:

1. They can self-register through the Web Patient Portal using the 'Sign Up / Register Now' button.
They get assigned to you when they interact with your service (e.g. book an appointment, video consultation, text consultation, join a Remote Patient Monitoring service).

2. As a provider, you can add a patient directly. You can do this by adding their names and basic contact information or booking an appointment for them. They will be notified to complete registration with their own passwords and update their health records.

Once a patient is registered, they can login via the web Patient Portal(https://myhealth.asvclinic.com)or the patient mobile apps available on iOS and Android.

What can my patients do via the app?

Once patients register, they can do the following:

1. Securely view their health data.

2. They can also update their heath data and share it with you.

3. View and Download Treatment Notes, E-Prescriptions, Lab Orders that you share with them.

4. Book online appointments for video consultations, in-person visits, Subscribe and participate in patient remote monitoring programs, Make online payments for your services, Do telemedicine consultations (video consultations, text consultations and remote patient monitoring), Update and share their health journals. And a lot more.

Who owns the health data?

All Patient Data is owned by the customer as outlined in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Where do you host the data?

All data is hosted in our cloud which is based out of Amazon Web Services(AWS), USA. We will be setting up other data centers in different regions soon.
